Terms of Use and Privacy policy

Welcome to Dice ( as in Dice Menu Inc.). We are located at our website, www.trydice.com. Please read the terms of use ( the following “Terms”).

User Content.
User Content Generally. Certain features of the Service may permit users to post content, including messages, reviews, photos, video, images, folders, data, text, and other types of works (collectively, “User Content”) and to publish User Content on or through the Service. You retain copyright and any other proprietary rights that you may hold in the User Content that you post to the Service. DICE  allows users to post content, including reviews. By posting and sharing user generate content DICE, retains a non-exclusive, world wide royalty- free  license and right to store and distribute user generated content.

Limited License Grant to Dice. By posting or publishing User Content, you grant DIce a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license (with the right to sublicense) to host, store, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content, in whole or in part, in any media formats and through any media channels (now known or hereafter developed). Any such use of your User Content by Dice may be without any compensation paid to you

Orders:

Orders are accepted by Dice through the online concierge service, email or phone call. On the occasion that of a first choice of order is fulfilled, the order is considered confirmed. 

If Dice receives an order less than 24 hrs of notice, Dice is not responsible for any delays.

Order Confirmation:

Orders will be confirmed by email before delivery. Dice is not responsible for a no-reply to confirmation emails. Thus, a lack of reply to a confirmation email is not considered as a cancellation. 

Upon special request, Dice will purchase meals from external vendors, on customer’s behalf. An external vendor is a food provider who does not have a contractual relationship with Dice. In such a case, Dice is not responsible for quality of food. In addition, Dice will charge an external vendor service fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled 24 hours or more in advance should the order be placed ahead of 24hours or more. If the order is not canceled by 24 hours before the time of delivery, the customer/client is liable for 100% of the invoice amount. Orders placed less than 24 hours before delivery have a one hour window for cancellation. Thus, if an order is placed at 1 PM for a 12 PM delivery the next day, the cancellation time limit is 1:59 PM of the day of the order through email or concierge form. Thus, the customer is liable for 100% of the charges billed on the invoice for cancellation after 1:59 PM for the example order described in the previous sentence.

Registration:
In order to use DICE, it is best to register your e-mail through the subscription services. This will provide some information which will assist us in providing you with the best service.  We do not store your credit card information for online orders.  For corporate accounts, Dice is not responsible for any misuse of credit card information used by a third party. Finally, you agree that the information you provide is accurate at all times.

Third Party Fees.
Dice does not provide any provision for third-party fees or equipment which would be required to access its services. You are responsible for equipment and fees charged by third parties for access to DICE. You are also responsible for fees associated with carrier service plans including voice, SMS, MMS, roaming etc. In the occasion that your phone or computer is stolen, you are responsible for any damages. Please inform us so that we will delete and suspend your name and address from our account.

Allergen Policy, 

Dice is not responsible for incorrect allergen information. All allergen and ingredient information is provided by the food provider. Dice is not responsible for ingredients included in the manufacture of food delivered. Dice is not present in kitchen facilities where such products are manufactured and thus is not responsible for overseeing any cooking process.

Privacy

If you create an Account, we are able to collect certain information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number and dietary preferences.Our principal goal in collecting information are to provide and improve our services which include services that we provide to you as an account holder.  We use your information to contact you about available products.If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in the newsletters you get.Sharing Information with third parties.

Information Shared with Our Services Providers. We may collaborate with third-party service providers to work with us to  provide the Services, such as food delivery and  keeping your account information with regard to your orders.  Such third-party service providers have access to your address, name and phone information only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf and are expressly obligated not to disclose your information for any other purpose.Information modification and cancellation of accounts. You can access and modify the information associated with your account by changing it in your Account profile.

Delivery 

Dice is not responsible for delivery instructions provided to the vendor by clients or Dice. Dice is not responsible for any aspect of the delivery to clients with regard to parking and delivery of food items to the client. 

Children policy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Children under 13 are not permitted to use our Services, and if we learn that we have collected information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.
